Shipping and Returns

We provide a free 1st class delivery service for all orders under 1kg.

For those orders over 1kg they will also be posted for free but via Royal Mail 2nd class.

We do accept returns and exchanges. In order to process them we would require you to contact us within 7 days of your item being delivered.

We would also ask that you post back any unwanted items within 30 days of delivery.

Please remember:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not received by us in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value. We do not accept cancellation, but please feel free to contact us if you experience any problems with your order.
