Shipping Costs:

• United Kingdom: Prices start from £2.10 for envelopes and £5.40 for parcels. 

• International: Prices start from £12 for envelopes and £15 for parcels. 

• The exact cost will be calculated at checkout based on weight.

Please note:

• The above prices are starting points and may increase depending on the weight of your order.

• You will be able to see the exact shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.  We recommend familiarizing yourself with your country's customs fees before placing an order.

Order Processing:

• We typically process orders within 1-2 business days.
• Shipping times will vary depending on your location and chosen service.

We do accept returns and exchanges. In order to process them we would require you to contact us within 7 days of your item being delivered.

We would also ask that you post back any unwanted items within 30 days of delivery.

Please remember:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not received by us in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value. We do not accept cancellation, but please feel free to contact us if you experience any problems with your order.
